CREACHER on Freedom of Religion
A lot of people in our society fail to realize this. We see it every year as the holiday whining begins. You can’t post a nativity scene or a menorah or any symbol on public property because someone might be offended. Forgive me for sounding harsh, but tough! The first amendment is a guarantee of free speech, period. If it protects half of the garbage that we are subjected to by Hollywood, the media, etc. it better darn well express freedom to express the truth that sets men free. It does. Freedom of religion and freedom from religion are two different things. If you don’t like the practice of someone else’s ideas, ignore it. That’s what the rest of us are forced to do
